Enjoy the ride. I find the biggest problem on long rides (depending of course on wind, hills, sun ,etc) is the need to jam as much food and water in. Never seem to get it exactly right and cramps/fatigue can result. Most of my riding is out of town so nowhere to fill up supplies. I never was good on preparation, just want to get out and ride!
