In a previous post (perhaps at Audiogon), Kal noted that the Proceed AVP-2 was long in the tooth. I use an even longer in the tooth Proceed PAV/PDSD pre/pro, so an Integra 9.9 with its latest codex and Audessey looks attractive. I use a Velodyne SMS-1 bass manager with my HGS-15 that I suppose would be supplanted by Audessey.
I do have a Thorens TB 160 II turntable with a SME II and Ortofon 30H cartridge that I consider more of a toy than a source, but it sounds pretty good with one of the $50 45 RPM jazz LPs. I could live with whatever the Integra 9.9 does to that source. My PDSD lacks the card that as I read the manual might pass through an external device like the Integra, and I'd guess that card is unobtainable and even if obtained probably would require expensive programming at Harmon.
