I will make it point to add the RR-906 HDCD to my library. I have a HDCD player and I have a separate universal player for SACD, so I don't think a comparison from me would be accurate. But even if I had a single player that does both I would tend to discount the comparison based on my observations of players that have excellent SACD capabilities with fair Redbook CD and other players that have excellent Redbook CD capabilities with fair SACD. I guess that is my long winded way of saying don't hold off your review until someone does a comparison of the SACD and HDCD layers. I would hope that if I did such a comparison and found that the HDCD is superior that most inmates would assume this to be a superior implementation of HDCD over SACD on a particular player or players.
