The signal going from the Oppo 980 H to the Intgra DTC 9.8 via HDMI is DSD for SACD, high res PCM for DVD-D or redbook PCM for CD. The Oppo's menus will let you change the SACD output to high rez PCM. Kal Rubinson prefers it this way, but I think I prefer DSD.
