What does one of those Technics 1520 R to R machines go for after all the modds?
How about those Studers? What was the cost for one of the last model Studers new, from the factory?
What is the cost for a fully re-furbished/modded one from the Tape project?
These sell for alot more than your "real world" prices.. the $300+ tapes that go with the project didn't seem to bother you at first..
You sure pushed this project strong until you realized you couldn't afford it..I see much of it is gone now from your site..

Just hypothetically say this product bests everything out there, sets new Standards... still over priced?
Because you have a budget you have to live within, does not mean it's the same budget for everyone else.
