I appreciate the offer, but it needs to go back to Sony for recalibration...
If I where to use your services, I would expect to pay 100% for them, my comments where not to gain leverage or to gain free mods...
I am just upset about my experience with Techs/modders, and I responded also accordingly to a few other members.

Thank you for bringing foreward the Doug info, and especially helping out the OP, that does show your excellent customer service... now hopefully he will be completely out of business, as it appears from your post it was far worse than thought..
