I placed an order for 4 hybrid CDs on 3/23. Their website had a disclaimer that they were closing for inventory the following weekend and that orders would be shipped after they re-opened. I suspect they got a little behind. My CDs arrived about a week ago.

I don't think they have the automation of Amazon.com, so I don't expect next day shipping. Usually it seems to take 7-10 days. Their order fulfillment has been flawless in my limited (4 or 5 orders) experience.

Their website has also been redisigned, and I had to re-establish an account with them recently to browse and save CDs to my cart. I find CDs will stay in your cart at least a month. I try to order 4 or more at a time if possible.
