Actually, BRO has gotten much, much better over the past few years. Back when they didn't have a website, orders routinely took weeks, sometimes more, and their customer service left a great deal to be desired. They're still variable, but better during the summer, when they have more staff (presumably college kids on summer jobs) to man the actual store (which is open more during Tanglewood season).
