It certainly will - if people keep comparing it to $30K analog sources, and esp. if it doesn't deliver as proclaimed. As I've seen (& heard) before, time has a way of equalizing and dismissing unfounded hype.

Perhaps it is, I put more stock in direct comparison (like Barry's posts below) instead of pseodo $30K wish-list comparisons. And IMO, the SA7 is MUCH better off being compared against equal costing - well performing - products/formats.
Based on what I heard, I've my doubts that it's superior (or as good) to an equaly priced well setup analog rig (example:Nottingham/OL/Sheltor), never mind comparing it against superior $30,000 turntable rigs.
In the end, if it's equal to a VPI (like Barry's rig) or any decent analog rig within its price range ... then its worthy of praise without hype.
