Just want to share my super positive experience with CDUniverse.com. I have been ordering many of my CDs and SACDs from these guys for the past 2-3 years and never faced any issues in shipping. A week back I had ordered "Blue Train" and Rimsky-Korsakov, Borodin / Dorati, Lso SACDs along with other CDs.
When I got my package, I found that the jewel box on the Rimsky-Korsakov was damaged. So I emailed them about it. Without asking a single question they shipped me a blank jewel case. Last night I gave the "Blue Train" SACD a serious listen and found that the SACD skipped like crazy and locked at some point. After going through most of my remaining SACDs and playing this SACD on a friend's player, I concluded that this is the SACD problem and not a player problem.
I wrote back to them. Again they did not ask any question and directly placed another order for me - even before returning the copy I currently have. I feel this kind of service is superb on CDUniverse's part. Awesome customer service!!
