I try to avoid e-mail correspondence whenever possible. It's horribly inefficient. Unfortunately, it's just about impossible to reach me via telephone since my accident. I would recommend one of two options:

- Either call the factory and talk to Michael (303-442-7300 x223). If he doesn't know the answer, he will find out and call you back.

- Post a question on line. Then at least the time taken to type an answer will be read by more than one person.
