For those codecs just use the digital outs. You need to set the Denon for D"audio" in setup (audio default, not video default) to use the 6 analog outs, unless you want the DVD player to use it's internal DTS and Dolby decoders to send post-processed signal to your receiver/processors 7.1 analog ins. DVD-V (video) will only play DTS, Dolby Dig (both via digital outs, unless you have the internal Dolby and DTS decoders do the work); and 24/96 pcm via either analog or digital usually (which ain't bad, BTW).When set to "audio" (as you have it now) you'll get high-resolution (SACD/DVD-Audio) via the 6 analog outs, and your digital outs will see their normal Dolby/DTS, etc.
