Julia's recorded output has been prolific in recent years: 7 recordings since 2004 including the Bach sonatas and partitas for solo violin. I have them all, and consider them to range from very good to exceptional.

The classical and romantic period repetoire she's been recording recently probably makes the most business sense for Pentatone, but I would be really interested to hear something more adventurous from her now (Sibelius, Bartok, Shostakovich, Bruch, Dvorak... even Elgar would be interesting though probably less in her blood than those others).
