Why is no one talking about NAD M5?

Have not listened to one, but I was expecting it to be a big hit (considering the highly acclaimed M3). Has anyone heard the unit and how does it compare to others in the same/higher league? I am looking to upgrade my long-serving Sony SCD333ES, and the M5 is on my list. Would like a smooth, non-fatigue sound, any suggestions are welcomed.
