as good as this recording is, I'd be inclined to think that your vinyl version probably is the better sounding. I detect a slight rise to the upper mids of this CD that *might* be improved by a reissue as an SACD, but I wouldn't hold my breath. See my comments to Ric Schulz taken from the thread on car SACD players.
