I have not heard the multi-channel program so I don't know if the hum is there as well?I highly recommend MFSL High Fidelity Cassettes if you run across it, the new 180-Gram is a good runner up. But if you listen in 2 channel forget the SACD because of that hum and only fair sonics. The MFSL cassette sounds fantastic, both the music and sound effects!
