I've had mine for about two years. I bought it from Oade. I use it only for SACD, and it has never had a problem of any kind, hybrid or SACD only. I use it in both for MCH and two-channel stereo , switching on MCH discs with no problem. The performance is clearly, obviously better on SACD than the Oppo 970. I don't use it on RBCDs, since I have an Ayre CX-7e that is vastly better for this than the Sony.Joe
