While we wait for Allen-try this:Press TITLE,CLEAR,POWER buttons in this order with the power of main unit in OFF status.This puts the unit in TEST MODE.Press 1 for Drive Auto adjustment.If you have power, the door should open.You don't necessarily need the video output to your tv to have test mode setting.Let me know if it works.Mike
