Shanling Can't Fix My SACD Player

My SCD-T200 stopped recognizing SACD's about two months ago. I sent it to the Service Bench for repairs. Not hearing anything from the repair site, I started making calls. Finally I was told that they didn't know what was wrong with the unit. I called Roy Hall who offered to sell me a new unit for half the price, a great deal except that my unit was only a little over one year old and I paid $2700 for it. He then offered to send it back to China for repairs or send me a demo unit, well I haven't heard back from him and I'm having the unit sent back to me still broken. What a piece of crap, I'll never buy anything from Music Hall or Shanling again.
