1) Are you suggesting that SACD helps to get the most out of the older tapes or that it somehow improves the sound of the original master tapes?
2) If a fellow labors for three years and honestly concludes he's wasted his time, how is it you "don't respect" his view? Is it because his view differs from yours? If so, that strikes me as muddleheaded; not to mention infantile. Are you suggesting he has some nefarious reason(s) for posting his view? Perhaps another "vast right-wing conspiracy"? :)
