There is a customer who sent their "EMM Labs Meitnerized" Philips SACD 1000 to a very well respected gentleman who suggested additional modifications. Needless to say the modifications failed and damage was done to the EMM Labs Philips 1000. The modifyer who, again is an honorable man, sent it back to us for full repair at his expense. It is luck that the customer dealt with someone who was willing to accept responsibility for his mistakes. It could have been an extremely expensive proposition for that customer. The reason for this post is to warn those who intend to, or are considering modifying any of the EMM Labs equipment. Warranties will be voided immediately if anyone outside EMM Labs modifies an EMM Labs product. Once modified, the unit is no longer an EMM Labs product.
These products represent the finest digital product I have ever heard. Do not listen to those who want to experiment with supposedly "better" parts on your equipment.
