I am not sure about the budget, but cheap ones are below $50 for over ear headphones. Not sure as well if you like it wired or wireless, but here are the best options for you to use in an mp3 player or iPhone: http://www.headphonesunboxed.com/best-over-ear-headphones-under-50/ Sennheiser is not bad at all if you'll ask me.
