Here are my criteria-

Under $100 (and still sound good!)

Must provide some isolation from outside noises (20-30db reduction, much like foam earplugs). Noise cancelling need not apply.

Must be medium to high impedance. My current over the ear headphones (Sennheiser HD-280 Pro) sound decent, and I've taken to using them to hear my bass guitar (which goes through a plethora of different preamps and speaker sim products like Sans Amp and Palmer), but wearing regular cans on stage is odd to say the least (don't know how Roger Waters did it years ago, or Robert fripp currently).

Since I don't move around much (I stay put most of the time when playing), I don't need anything like wireless- just good sounding in-ears on the (relative) cheap, with good outside noise isolation...

Thoughts, comments, and tomatoes are welcome!
