Some of these "sealed" headphones create a much tighter and more isolating seal around the ears than others do, however...
You will want the very tightest seal you can find. The only problem is, individual head shapes make it impossible to manufacture a pair of closed-back headphones that will fit everyone. You might need to try a few pairs on first, in order to decide which one fits (and seals) best for you.
