Dynaco stero 416 no relay operation

Amp working fine for years; relay failed to operate at next turn on. Relay contacts are clean. Preliminary tests are good. PC 29 hole #10 reads -71.2 volts DC; hole #11 reads -0.85 volts DC. Built the kit years ago but am not tech savvy anymore. Any suggestions much appreciated.
