Problem with PAS

I have a problem with my PAS, and I would like some idea of its origin.
I've checked everything and am not able to find its source.
The symptoms are:
- If I touch the chassis with one hand and with the other hand the floor of the apartment makes sparks from the speakers.
- If sparks emitted from the speakers will I have to turn around the plug.
- If I connect the computer grounded on the plug, using the RCA's skip the differential housing.
