Without having the time to sketch out the schematic for you - The changes are all in the four RIAA feedback components to the original PAS schematic. This circuit is a series connection of two paralleled pairs and they terminate at the cathode of the first gain stage tube - you should be able to work backwards from there and determine the four referenced components
