Mark III Premium Mod Question

I have a pair of MK-3's with the premium mod done.
My question is, on the pc-1a board there is a pot (r29) that is used for
adjusting the ac or dc balance I'm not sure which.
Can someone please explain how to adjust this balance with a DVM.
I can't find any info on this site, and there is no instruction in my
manual. Any help will be appreciated, and please be specific.
