Try DVD Decrypter; it helped when I was ripping trailers, and found one mixed in with the menus. I used it in "File Mode" and then I think I had to edit out the trailer using VideoReDo. Try "IFO Mode" as well; DVD Decrypter may not have been updated for a long time, but it's a powerful tool still.

Here's my notes on "ripping audio from vobs, like the audio-only tracks on Gary Numan's Mutate DVD.

Seems to work... but wait for it to render the image before invoking the audio demux or it'll freeze. And don't select multiple files because it'll concatenate them into one."
