Try DVD Decrypter; it helped when I was ripping trailers, and found one mixed in with the menus. I used it in "File Mode" and then I think I had to edit out the trailer using VideoReDo. Try "IFO Mode" as well; DVD Decrypter may not have been updated for a long time, but it's a powerful tool still.
