concert disc sound problems

why is it almost all concert discs have ambience in the rears. it destroys the sound of being there when watching it. Its on bd disc too.I not complaining because I dont play them back with only 1 amp.
Its good to have ambience but would have been better to not have it on 5.1 they should of made 6.1 discs with the option of the extra channel for ambience that can be used on those receivers for the height channel. thats how I try to play them back. I use a seperate amp to control the ambience.all I could come up with is using the front good sounding speakers also played in the rears with the rear ambience in the rear & height speakers.

Its a lot more speaker playback but thats the best that I could come up with for the being there feeling. my livingroom is converted to a so called mini concert hall with lost of speakers. Ive heard a lot about audissey does that some how change the rear abience noise to sound like the front speakers?
