My favorite producer of hi-res PCM recordings is Chesky. They release most of their stuff on SACD now, but they do have a small catalog of DVD-V titles worth checking out and one really good DVD-A (Swing Live). For good re-masters, check out Hi-Res music. Many of the Classic Records DAD and HDAD titles are also good, but they seem to be mastered a little on the bright side.
