Howdy

Just get another torrent file by clicking on the email link again. If you don't have to reenter your token (or at least hit enter) perhaps your browser has cached the old page. I used the link in the email for days...

Read more about torrents if you want a justification, it's all about scale, torrent distribute the load amongst the users rather than requiring server farms for hosting the files...

Like anything new there is a learning curve, but it's easy after you've done it a time or two. As others have recommended http://www.utorrent.com/download.php is a great (and easy) torrent client.
