Take a look at the Mytek Stereo96; you can also download comparison files from the Mytek site to see how it fairs against other converters. The Stereo192 gives you the possibility to record with 192 kHz samplerate but it's 1300 US$

The new Lavry AD10 should be very good also but its MSRP is 1480 US$, maybe you can find a used one.
