I can't tell if you are serious or not: Nyquist says nothing about reproducing a square wave well. In fact it precisely states that you can't and further exactly predicts what it will look like for any given sample rate.
Loosely the Nyquist theorem says that you can exactly reproduce any bandlimited signal if the sample rate is at least twice the highest freq present in the signal. Square waves have infinite bandwidth and hence require an infinite sample rate to reproduce precisely.
Yes there are other limitations of reproducing waveforms which are also time limited, but these don't apply to the square wave example at all.
