to resurrect 24/96 hi-rez 2 channel audio since it is playable on all DVD-Video machines which has almost universal penetration in homes? This is what I called years ago hi-rez for the masses. Or would AAC and the new 24/96 hi-rez downloads be too much competition?

Did you ever get a chance to check out Chesky Records two 24/96 DVD-Video concerts with full motion video? I really enjoy Chuck Mangione's "The Feelings Back" (CHDVD 104).
