Yes, I have several 192/24 DVD Audio disks mastered from analog tapes. Neil Young's Harvest comes to mind. I worked with the producer, Elliot Mazer, and he says you can't tell the difference between the DVD Audio version and the master tape.

I was just wondering if there are any DDD recordings at 192/24. Apparently not. I was hoping the recent (1999) Santana Supernatural album was mastered at 192, but it looks like it is only 96.
