We use a Pioneer manufacturing kit. Pioneer has an official "warning" against the use of Dual-Discs, but I suspect this is more of a political warning than a technical one.

I don't have any experience with Dual-Discs, so I can't give any report there.

The fact that they played in a Pioneer DV-59ai means that it is likely that the transport in the C-5xe needs adjusting, as that model uses the same transport as the C-5xe. If you send it back to the factory along with your discs, we will adjust (or replace if necessary) the transport for you. Call Michael at 303-442-7300 x223 to get an RMA number.
