"There are no Music Videos so I don't think 6 items take up a lot of memory?"Stills on DVD - pictures or static text - don't use much space at all, they need be no larger than your typical 720x480 (720x576 PAL) JPEG. If they're animated they'll be MPEG2 video clips, but typically animated menus are rendered at a modest data rate and only last a few seconds.
