LOLYes , the BMG side of Sony BMG does it again !!!!!
In February , the BMG side of Sony BMG released Usher-8701 on DualDisc with DVD-A .
On June 14 , 2005 , Foo Fighters-In Your Honor was released simultaneously on DualDisc with DVD-A , and on CD .
In Your Honor is a 2 disc set . Dave Grohl , leader of Foo Fighters , has described Disc 1 as " the Rock record " , and Disc 2 as " the Acoustic record " .
I have played both discs .
Disc 2 , " the Acoustic record " is a DualDisc with DVD-A . Multichannel is 96/24 . Stereo is 96/24 .
Disc 1 , " the Rock record " is also a DualDisc . This disc is 48/16 stereo , and includes , as an extra , a 19+ minute " Making Of The Album Documentary " available in both 48/24 stereo , and 5.1 Dolby Digital .
I know that Sony BMG releasing this hit album , In Your Honor , on DualDisc with DVD-A is extremely upsetting , and disheartening for SACD cheerleaders , especially the ones who have been hoping , and praying , and saying that Sony BMG would never release a DVD-A , and would never release a DualDisc with DVD-A , after their merger .
Obviously , SACD cheerleaders are wrong again , as usual .
