a DTS DVD-Audio disc will ONLY output via the 6-analog jacks because you can't output DVD-Audio via a digital connection at full resolution.
i understand your confusion, and it lies in the fact not all DTS releases use DTS-encoding. they should have come up with a different name to release their discs.
