I have an 11 month old ONKYO DR-s2.2...Just recently when I turn it on, it will start (either dvd or tv) a very loud static noise and then the unit will kick off. It may do this several times before it finally quits. Sometimes it will get very loud and full of static and then pop (and not kick off) and then become clear. I am worried I may do permanent damage so I may unhook it for now. Any suggestion as to what could be causing it or what I can do to prevent it?
