Agreed and it ain't mine either.
However:
On the second point regards the video, JA DID provide a platform for the manufacturer to attempt to explain away the video. Audioquest both denied involvement and further claiming that now that the video is down (at Audioquest's request) should it ever surface again and show evidence of tampering, there can be no proof that it's the original that was posted for nearly a year and therefore no way to prove the original was bogus to begin with.
So there!
