RE: Pioneer PLX100 review, and

a 2-sentance Manufacturer's Comment from the marketing guy, with nary a mention of the loose bearing issue.

For you or I, this issue would mean either a return of the unit to the dealer or a warranty claim. Tonearm bearing adjustment is not IME considered a User Serviceable task (Ref: SME).

If Pioneer doesn't care, neither do I.
