I also sympathise with fmak over the difficulty in arranging subs with Stereophile from the UK. My problem is that the online subscription checkout would not accept a Visa card from a UK bank. It took a few phone calls to sort out.
My second reason for not cancelling the digital editions is that the additional cost over the print only subscription is, IMO, marginal.
Having said that, print remains king.
NB: HI Fi News is, as fmak says, much, much improved since Paul Miller took on editorship.
