I think he got it about spot on. You are still thinking of 'insert cable, hear change' instead of what happens to the whole system if you restructure the wired environment in which the components reside.
Nordost didn't do it for me because I don't like the way the Nordost environs presents leading edges. For me, the Cardas wired environment is a better fit. This guy patently prefers the Nordost environment, and I thought he described that well.
He also concludes that the current Nordost environment has a more balanced presentation than before, which piques my interest. I'm generally happy living in the Cardas space, but there's always room for further investigation.
