I think it goes further than that. I think there is a combined responsibilty from all the groups. The reviewer, the manufacturer, the distributor, the dealer, and the consumer. None of the things mentioned can happen in a vacuum gentleman.
The responsibilty is to be shared and if the situation is to improve it needs to be discussed and opened up for all to understand.
