That's a simple function of growth and choice, bjh. You start out and run everything essentially by yourself. Then you develop a team which means, more time is required to manage it - formatting their reviews. Now I've decided to dedicate some of that time also to the additional job of translations, which means I've slowed down on the number of reviews I personally do.

To me, it's what I've decided to do. To you, it seems to suggest a cover-up job. As always, to each his own opinion -:)
