Dear Sir, You are not a member of the audio business and therefore you are not supposed to understand the significance of giving awards to what does not exist. It undermines the whole industry that works hard, invests its money and time to build and market products that exist and can be seen and heard. The significance of reviewers overstepping there bounds is not miniscule. Please remember that the magazines can not exist without the manufacturers giving them the product to review AT NO CHARGE and for extended periods of time, or in other words interest free loans. It hurts all of us down stream , from manufacturer to dealer and to you the customer. Its Vaporware pure and simple and it can be a dangerous precedent if reviewer becomes consultant and helps design a product for himself. Just a few thoughts to consider.
