I too was trying to offer a solution however I got a sarcastic answer with a decidedly negative slant. I have worked with many special issues in my years as a dealer however A client has to realize that we are here to make money and of course we want to make long term clients not just be a resource for a discount or an audition of a bunch of components that the audiophile is then going to shop for the best deal or buy used off of the internet. You can't have it both ways you either are willing to pay for the service and the priviledge or you spend your money and take your chances.
