Note the position of the street sign over the buildings.
Note the right building occluding the dome on the cathedral...
Heck zoom in a little below the street light and look at the traffic.
Check the density of the falling snow.
The angles are clearly a little different and not just photo shopped.
I'm sorry I didn't read your post well enough the first time.
I agree with you in every respect except that the pictures were clearly different to my eyes from the get go... I understand how someone could make the casual mistake of thinking they were the same, but lets just say that JA usually checks his facts a little better before he posts, unlike some :)
We can all strive to be more punctilious :)
